that idea, like i said was a little boring and did have anywhere to go once it was done,so i moved on.
i measured how far a distance i usually sweep,by making handles so that i would have the exact same grip
every time.
After that i went onto measure my shoulders by getting someone to a line me against a a wall and draw a line in pencil,i then lined up a bit of string . i then measured my hip around the back of me arse with a bit of string
the idea of working with string started to appeal to me,but i was bored of wrapping it around stuff or lining it up against things. so i decided id measure movements, but how? and what movements??
i thought of simple movements that sort of involved somewhat straight lines, and came up with pull ups and push ups.

so i taped rope to my chin and then tied it to a bar in the stairwell, and record the result of a pull up. this was a little in accurate, but i record it none the less.
| the floor to and Alex nipple measurement |
| was quite accurate, made a foot tie so it was always the same place on the floor,to the knot witch was me nipple |
moving onto push ups, much easier to record,i first taped the end of the rope to my Adams apple, and stayed in the full arm extension position and got someone to pull the rope taunt and tape it to the floor
I liked the idea, but wanted the same exact measurement each time,do i dissed a "push up measuring machine" witch was a loop that i put over my head, and string threaded thought the bottom of the cup

moving on again,i started to recorded movement, seeing how many, tumbles, handstand flips, and worms it would take to get from the double doors,to the ceramic studio
